At WeFilter, we strive to deliver your water filtration and air purification products quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and charges.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations across India. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Metro Cities

Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune

3-5 business days

Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities

Major cities and district headquarters

5-7 business days

Remote Areas

Small towns, villages, and remote locations

7-10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹1,999

Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹1,999

Express Shipping: Available in select cities for an additional charge of ₹199 (1-2 business days delivery)

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking number and courier partner details
  • Real-time tracking updates via SMS and email at key delivery milestones
  • Access to track your order through your account on our website

You can also track your order by visiting your Order History page.

6. Delivery Process

Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided during checkout. Please ensure:

  • Complete and accurate delivery address
  • Working phone number for delivery coordination
  • Someone is available to receive the package
  • Valid ID proof for verification (if required)

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and return shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Package Inspection

We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, please:

  • Note it on the delivery receipt
  • Take photos of the damaged packaging
  • Contact our customer support immediately at support@wefilter.in

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
  • Political unrest or strikes
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Festival seasons with high order volume
  • Customs or security clearances

In case of delays beyond the estimated delivery time, we will keep you informed via email and SMS.

9. Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability and warehouse location. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments.

10. Address Changes

Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified. Please contact us immediately at support@wefilter.in if you need to change your delivery address.

11. Installation Services

Some of our products come with optional installation services. Installation charges (if applicable) are mentioned on the product page. Our technician will contact you within 24-48 hours of delivery to schedule the installation at your convenience.

12. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors
  2. Check around your delivery location
  3. Contact the courier company using the tracking number provided
  4. If still not found, contact us within 48 hours at support@wefilter.in

We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue.
