We currently ship to all locations across India. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability and warehouse location. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments.
Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified. Please contact us immediately at support@wefilter.in if you need to change your delivery address.
Some of our products come with optional installation services. Installation charges (if applicable) are mentioned on the product page. Our technician will contact you within 24-48 hours of delivery to schedule the installation at your convenience.
