Cancellation and Refunds

At WeFilter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our cancellation, return, and refund procedures.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer
✓ Before Dispatch (Within 24 hours)
You can cancel your order free of charge if it hasn't been dispatched yet. Full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
⚠ After Dispatch (In Transit)
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product. Return shipping charges may apply.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your account and go to Order History
- Select the order you want to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Order" button
- Select cancellation reason and confirm

2. Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for most products, subject to the following conditions:
Eligible for Return
- Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials included
- Product tags and seals are intact
- Defective or damaged products (we'll arrange free return pickup)
- Wrong product delivered
Not Eligible for Return
- Products opened, used, or installed
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Products with missing accessories or parts
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Consumable items or replacement filters (unless defective)
- Products on clearance sale or with "No Return" tag
How to Return
- Initiate return request within 7 days of delivery through your account or contact support
- Our team will review your request and approve if eligible (within 24-48 hours)
- Pack the product securely in original packaging with all accessories
- Our courier partner will pick up the product (free pickup for defective/damaged items)
- Refund will be processed after quality check (3-5 business days post receipt)
3. Refund Policy
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline:
- • Cancellation before dispatch: 5-7 business days
- • After return approval: 7-10 business days
- • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing
- • UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days after processing
- • Net Banking: 5-7 business days after processing
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. We do not offer cash refunds or bank transfers unless the original payment method is no longer valid.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Product returned without original packaging or accessories
- Product shows signs of use beyond inspection (deduction up to 30%)
- Return shipping charges (if applicable)
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:
- Return the original product following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired product
- Once refund is processed, the amount can be used for the new purchase
For defective products, we may offer direct replacement subject to availability. Contact our support team for assistance.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
Special Provisions for Damaged/Defective Items:
- • Longer return window (up to 15 days)
- • Free return pickup
- • Priority refund processing (5-7 business days)
- • Option for direct replacement
- • Full refund including shipping charges
Important: Please document the damage with photos and notify us within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.
6. Return Shipping Charges
Free Return Pickup: For defective, damaged, or wrong products
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs (₹99-₹199) apply for change of mind, size/model mismatch, or other non-defect related returns
Return shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.
7. Cancellation by WeFilter
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or product information error on website
- Payment authorization failure
- Suspected fraudulent transaction or violation of terms of service
- Delivery address is outside serviceable area
In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
8. Warranty Claims
For products within warranty period, please refer to our Warranty Policy. Warranty claims are processed separately and may not require a return/refund. Our service team will assess and provide repair/replacement as per warranty terms.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Shipping charges (except for defective/wrong products)
- Installation charges (if service was completed)
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Digital products or downloadable content
10. Refund Tracking
You can track your refund status by logging into your account and viewing your Order History. You will also receive email notifications at each stage of the refund process.
